Q1.What kind of problems did you have?

This area (Misato Town, Miyagi Prefecture) is one of the windiest areas in Miyagi Prefecture, and we have been particularly troubled by the western winds in winter.When we rebuilt our house, we had to remove the igune (trees planted around the house as a windbreak), so we needed to find a way to weaken the wind as much as possible.

Q2. How did you find out about TTK Belt Net Fence?

We saw the "TTK Belt Net Fence" installed on a nearby national highway, learned that such a fence existed, and did some research before finding it.We were also considering a steel fence, but ultimately decided on the TTK Belt Net Fence, which also doubles as a fence for the property boundary.We had some concerns about durability and effectiveness, but the fact that it has already been used on roads all over the place was the deciding factor for us to introduce it.

Q3.Please tell us the effects you have seen since implementing this.

It's hard to tell the effect on a normal day, but when you compare it to an area without a fence on a windy day, you can really see how different it makes the fence.

A few years ago, when I was building a warehouse at my house, I removed part of the fence to carry it in and to carry out the work, and I found that it was light and easy to remove and assemble.Also, although it has been more than 10 years since it was installed, there is no sign of deterioration, so it seems like it can still be used.

When setting up a site office for road construction work, etc., a boundary fence is installed to prevent outsiders from entering. However, installing boundary fences is very hard work and felt like a big burden.

We were introduced to this by a building materials trading company.We had experience installing TTK belt-type net fences as a snow prevention measure for roads, but we were surprised to learn that they can also be used as boundary fences.Also, we decided to install them again this time because they were installed in one stop, with reduced effort and cost.

Q3.What was your impression of the TTK belt-type net fence?

Compared to the boundary fences we had been using up until now, we felt that this fence was extremely light and easy to handle.In addition, it is durable and weather resistant, so it is resistant to rust and dirt, and has high tensile strength, so it is not easily stretched.We thought that its strength and longevity would lead to cost reductions and environmental conservation.

Q4.Please tell us the effects you have seen since installing the equipment.

After the installation, it became easier to install and remove, reducing the burden on employees.It is also helpful that it does not require maintenance even when installed for a long period of time because it is resistant to rust and dirt.It does not feel oppressive and does not interfere with the scenery, so I feel that the impact on the neighborhood is also reduced.

Q1.What kind of problems did you have?

At the aquarium, divers sometimes perform diving work. However, when strong winds blow on their wet bodies after diving, it becomes unbearably cold, which is a problem for the divers.In addition, winds sometimes blow through parts of the viewing corridor, and sometimes the winds are so strong that visitors cannot see the aquarium, which has led to complaints.

Since this is an aquarium, we wanted to avoid anything that would spoil the scenery or interfere with the view.In that respect, we liked the TTK belt net fence because it has excellent transparency and has little effect on the scenery or the view.We were also surprised at how effective it was at blocking wind, more than we had expected.

Q3.Please tell us the effects you have seen since installing the equipment.

The strong windbreak has reduced the force of the divers, and work efficiency has improved.We have also seen a decrease in complaints from customers that the wind was too strong to view the exhibit.We were forced to remove some of the trees because the leaves had not fallen, which was unexpected, but we feel that the strong windbreak provides.
